今天的英文功課是介紹美國維吉尼亞州的"Luray Caverns"。
在世界各地看過不少的鐘乳石洞，我一直讀Luray Caverns一直覺得我好像去過，我把相片拿出來看，果然我去美東時參觀的鐘乳石洞就是"Luray Caverns"，萬卷書和萬里路又碰頭了。
我以前從不做～鐘乳石洞部落格，因為洞裡照片很難拍得好。但我今天還是要用英文回顧一下:文章中介紹了洞裡四個點:

從情節來看，平常人一看都知道是騙局(從來沒有見過面)，但只要女色當前，什麼牛津教授也禁不起詐騙。

今天我的英文功課是：Mobile Malware
談的是智慧型手機和電腦一樣會有＂malware惡意軟體＂入侵,。一名駭客寄送強迫手機播放影片的簡訊,每年賺進一百萬美元.
malware就是 malicious and software兩個字的混合字.
1. It is a worm. They can replicate and apread from computer to computer without any action taken by humans.
2. Not all malware is called a "virus".
今天的英文課，我們讀的是：Pro Athletes go broke.
談的是美國職業球員散盡家財是很普遍的事,尤其是橄欖球員,百分之七十八在退休兩年內破產.
不善理財(finanacially illiterate)~"奢侈過日子"加"賭"是主要原因.你很難想像年收入千萬美金的球員,是月光族吧.(live paycheck to paycheck)
我的感想是: 「錢,不是你賺多少,而是你怎麼用.」

我今天的英文功課是：3D food pringting。
食物可以列印？
真的，美國太空總署補助機械工程師研究製作"食物合成機",也就是他們說的"食物列印機",它使用營養粉匣,將營養粉混合水和油,製造出一種可食用的材料.一開始是為太空人研究,但未來可能發展為人類的食物供應.
我一直和Jeff老師說,我認為是food maker.但他仍認為應叫food printing.

前天晚上我去板橋地球村上英文課，老師是澳大利亞人，以前當主廚，退休後來到亞洲旅行，最後落腳台灣教英文，他說他2007到台灣。從一個教育者的眼光來看，他的教學是有設計的。
他要求所有學生出去講，分成二種演講設計，一種是第一次和他見面的，一種是常上他課的學生。

我今天讀的英文文章是Ｅscape from camp 14，談的是申東赫逃出北韓集中營，和美國記者合寫一本書:Ｅscape from camp 14，描述集中營殘酷情形及逃生經過，對我來說，文章有點難，我只選讀前二段，我也escape了。

談的是很多網路公司提供免費的網路空間給大眾用，然後再裝了＂跟蹤器＂，搜集你的資料給廣告公司，賺取大量的廣告費，文章也建議我們把網頁瀏覽器提供的＂do not track＂功能啟用，就不會被跟蹤了,我問了英文班的年輕人如何操作，回家關了它，但我發現我也沒辦法在好友的Pixnet留言，只好又把它打開。真的是：There is no such thing as a free lunch。
